Cages, Cells, Extreme, Oh My!

Things may be a little short and sweet this week. After a little "encounter" with Doomsday on Wednesday, I'm still a little light-headed and suffering from a massive migraine. I'll try to give you as many details as I can, dear fans, but bear with me.
The EWA continued it's extreme rampage through our cousins to the north in the beautiful land of Canada. This week, the Megastars found themselves in Toronto, Canada. Needless to say, Toronto was buzzing with excitement right at the start of Wednesday Night Face-Off! We saw the exciting in-ring return of Randy Roko, who appears to have a sudden change of heart and of attitude. The one thing that hasn't changed is how dangerous he is. In a brutal cage match against Danny Diamond, Roko pulled out all the stops, respectfully devastating his opponent time and time again. Randy debuted his new finishing move, a maneuver he calls "Torn" that you have to see to believe! It was a combination of backfists and kicks, too blindingly fast to keep your eyes on! Needless to say, Roko exited the cage with ease, putting a "W" on his record after a successful return. The thing this reporter found most shocking was the good sportsmanship Roko showed to his opponent after the match. Shaking hands and raising Diamond's hand in respect. Strange indeed. Will Roko's "new attitude" continue to shine in the weeks to come? What about the #1 contender's match at Blood Harvest for the EWA Extreme Championship? Will the "nice guy" still be able to show his Extreme abilities?
Speaking of Extreme, the returning Carrick Fergus was in his second match this week. Needless to say, it was very much like the first. Clamps stood no chance against the Ragin' Irishman. Clamps fought with a lot of heart and a lot of fury, but Carrick was always one step ahead of him. It was a "Mugging from KilKenny" that took Clamps out of the match. Especially if you consider the brass knuckles on each of Fergus' hands! Carrick is back with a vengeance and he has a lot of momentum heading in to Blood Harvest? Could we be seeing the dream match of Donzig vs. Fergus in the near future? Will Roko stand in the way? How many glass mugs can the EWA afford to have broken at the hands of Fergus?
In another highly anticipated Extreme Rules Match, Doomsday faced off against Tag Team Champion, Spawn. After a devastating loss at the hands of Freakazoid last week (which this reporter now believes he deserved), Doomsday was certainly ready for a little revenge and a lot of action. Well, they did not disappoint. Both men fought with great intensity, agility and fortitude. The match even moved its way throughout the arena, using everything they could get their hands on as weapons. Though it would be Doomsday standing tall at the end of the match, caused by an "Endgame" off of the stage and into the electrical equipment, Spawn can not be ashamed of the match he fought. Will Doomsday still be the better man when he has to stand against the Protection at Blood Harvest? Will the Protection be able to work out their problems in time for the match? WHO IS DOOMSDAY'S PARTNER?
In the main event of the evening, we saw a six-man intergender tornado tag match take place inside of Hell in the Cell. A very brutal match assigned by Nicolas Griffin, pitted the Federation's Oli Griffiths and Aether against their rivals, Christopher W. Evans and the EWA Women's Champion, Phade. Joining them was the EWA World Heavyweight Champion, Caspian Celette, and EWA Tag Team Champion, Freakazoid. Needless to say, a lot of gold was stuffed into that cage in one of the strangest pairings this reporter has seen since Doomsday and Aiden Kane held the tag titles. Freakazoid, Phade and Evans? How intriguing. After some remarks made by Freakazoid earlier in the night, it appeared that Phade was less than pleased with her "ally" for the evening. She didn't let it show. With all six competitors pairing off with their rivals, it was a match that scoured the cell in it's entirety. The Federation appeared to have the battle well in hand, but after a vicious double team by Freakazoid and Evans on Griffiths, then Celette, Phade had the opening she needed. After a vicious Gory Neckbreaker she has called "Pins and Needles", it was a middle rope springboard mooonsault, "Phade Away" that sealed the deal for the team. Leaving the ring as victors, they moved up the ramp.
Little did Freakazoid know the consequences of his words earlier in the evening. Reaching the top of the ramp, they were greeted by the Voodoo King, who grabbed Freakazoid by the throat and lifted him high into the air. Looking up at him, Phade unleashed a spray of green mist from her mouth into the face of the Freak Show. After that, the Voodoo King chokeslammed him onto the hard steel as the show came to a close. Will Freakazoid be seeking revenge or will he have his hands full with the Psychological Assassin, Doomsday? What is the current state of the Federation leading in to Blood Harvest? With the Voodoo King's appearance, one has to wonder what will happen in the main event against Caspian Celette. Will we see a new World Champion? Tune in to Blood Harvest, this Sunday, only on Pay Per View!
